2. Appointments and Cancellations

• Booking: Appointments can be made online, via phone, or in person. A deposit with the amount $30 required to secure your booking.

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

• Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling to avoid disrupting other clients.

3. Payments and Refunds

• Payment: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Afterpay, Paypal and other payment methods as indicated on our website or in-store.

• Refunds General Policy
  Refunds are generally not provided for products or treatments once purchased. This policy is in place due to the nature of our services and the personalized care we provide.

• Exceptions Under Australian Consumer Law
  Refunds will be issued in cases where required by Australian Consumer Law, including:

_ If we are unable to provide the product or treatment you purchased.

_ If you have purchased a prepaid treatment but are unwilling to provide the necessary information required for us to perform the service.

• Non-Transferable
  All treatments and products are non-transferable. They cannot be used by other individuals

• Proof of Purchase
  To process any eligible refund, proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

• Change of Mind
  Unfortunately, refunds are not available for change of mind. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase and consult with our team if you have any questions before proceeding.

4. Product Purchases

• Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and reject orders at our discretion.

• Shipping: Delivery times and costs will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

• Returns: Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Proof of purchase is required.

5. Buy & Use Voucher, Prepaid Card

• Vouchers are valid for 3 years in compliance with Victoria law.

• Vouchers must be applied to the specific treatment named on the issued date within the valid period stated.

• After the specified validity period, the voucher can still be used for other services at its original purchase value.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

• BB Skin Boutique is not liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from the use of our products or services. Clients are encouraged to perform patch tests and consult with a skincare professional if unsure.

• We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of our website, services, or products.

Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected during bookings, purchases, or consultations will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
